At Predictiv, we offer flexible subscription plans designed to meet your needs. Whether you’re looking to upgrade your account, increase your credit limit, or manage your subscription, this guide will walk you through the steps to make the process as easy as possible.

How to Upgrade Your Account or Increase Your Credit Limit

 

Step 1: Log in to Your Predictiv Account

Go to the Predictiv login page and enter your login credentials.

Step 2: Go to Your Profile Settings

Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.

Step 3: Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

Step 4: Navigate to the Plan Overview

In the Settings menu, click on Plan Overview.

Step 5: Review your current plan and available credits.

Upgrade Your Plan

 

Step 1: Click the Upgrade Plan button.

Step 2: Choose a plan that best suits your needs.

Step 3: Follow the prompts to complete your upgrade.

Note: Upgrading your subscription will replace your current plan with the new one. Any remaining credits from your previous plan will be carried over to the new plan.

What Happens if I Exceed My Credit Limit?

If you exceed your credit limit, additional data access will be paused until your credits renew the following month. For example:

If you purchased a plan on October 25, 2024, your credits will reset on November 25, 2024, regardless of whether you have a monthly or annual plan.

To prevent disruptions, we recommend upgrading your plan using the instructions above.

What Happens if I Miss a Payment?

  • Your account will automatically revert to Predictiv’s free plan.
  • To restore access to premium features, simply upgrade your subscription via the Plan Overview page.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

 

Step 1: Log in to Your Predictiv Account

Visit the Predictiv login page and enter your credentials.

Step 2: Access Your Profile Settings

Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner.

Step 3: From the dropdown, select Settings.

Step 4: Go to the Plan Overview

In the Settings section, select Plan Overview.

Step 5: Click the Cancel Subscription button.

Step 6: Select a reason for cancellation and confirm plan cancellation
